Our egg laying hens (the ‘girls’) hold a very special place in our hearts as this all started with a couple chickens in our back yard. We fell in love with raising and growing our own food. The color, flavor and texture was unbeatable and we have never looked back. Our hens are rotated around the pastures like all of our other animals and are supplemented with organic feed. Our eggs have a dark orange yolk, good structure and taste extraordinary.
